Writing Exercise?

So I'm thinking of doing a bit of a writing exercise to get myself back into writing a little more. I was thinking of trying to write a story where I write a chunk, then people suggest what happens next and I write a bit of that until the story ends.

So, any suggestions how to start?

How about...

The Character is:

A. A seasoned explorer taking a short expedition
B. An assistant to the explorer tries to prove herself
C. A jungle woman
D. Other

Runs into:
1. Sarrl/ Another hypnotic snake (Please specify if they should have a special form of hypnosis
2. A giant spider
3. Quicksand
4. Other
